Thank you so much for booking an appointment with Bejazzeled Nails and choosing me to be your new nail tech! Read all of below for general information and policies. Upon booking, clients will be required to put a valid card on file ,but will NOT be charged until check out. Your card info will be saved in the system for easier future bookings, and can be changed anytime. After appointment is booked, ALL clients must pay a nonrefundable $35 deposit that 100% goes toward your service. If there is no deposit sent 24hrs after the booked appointment, it will be canceled. To deposit the $35, I accept either Zelle to (404-396-1485) , Apple Pay to (404-396-1485), or Cash App to ($jazzydanii). Once the deposit is paid, I will text you the address and any other additional info. Some services with intricate or a lot of designs can be very time consuming. Please plan accordingly. You have 48 hours (2 days) or before, from your original appointment date to cancel or reschedule it. 48 hours and after will result in forfeiting your deposit and a cancellation fee of paying 1/2 of the services that were booked. LATE FEE: You have a 15 minute grace period from the time your appointment starts. After 15 minutes, I do charge a $25 late fee on top of your total. After 25 minutes your appointment is canceled. No exceptions. Traffic is NOT an excuse for tardiness. NO CALL NO SHOWS = I charge card on file 100% cost of your service(remaining amount from deposit) Same day cancellations = 50% of your service cost and NO refund of your $35 deposit. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES under any circumstances! If an issue occurs after a completed appointment, please contact so I can attend and fix the problem. A 3 day courtesy period is given for any issue to arise after completed appointment. 30 days is given from the initial scheduled appointment to use your same deposit on a rescheduled future appointment. This ONLY applies to appointments that were canceled within respected cancellation time frame. Anytime after that, another deposit will have to be sent to confirm new appointment. Freestyle Rules: Freestyles start at $100! Must give me all creative control. Please book if you are open to all my creativity! No refunds. Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Bejazzeled Nails has a 100% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Bejazzeled Nails at 4043961485 or bejazzeled.nails@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
